While we have verified that our system generated messages are being received at Microsoft based email accounts (Hotmail, MSN, Outlook) they are not always being found by students because they are presorted to the Junk folder and not the primary inbox.
Because of this, we recommend that ALL students at PERCOM use an email address NOT based on the Microsoft Network. More mainstream email providers, like Gmail and Yahoo, accept and presort our notifications much more reliably and would be the wisest choice when using PERCOM's online courses.
We want to assure everyone with a MSN based email account that we are still working on ways to bypass MSN's junk filters, but it may be a little while longer before all the bugs are worked out. In the meantime, if you feel like you are not receiving all of your notifications, please consider using a different email provider.
