PERCOM's SUPPORT Desk provides agents during normal business hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 9am to 4pm CST
- Our Support agents are offline along with other PERCOMOnline staff on the dates detailed in the School Calendar
While we are not technically available during the weekends, we keep an eye for and respond to any emergencies that may come in when we can. Please keep in mind that we are normal people just like you, but strive to be as available as possible.
